The Study Abroad Program (https://linktr.ee/binusstudyabroad) offers BINUS students the chance to study at partner institutions around the world while ensuring credit transfer arrangements. This program serves as an excellent alternative enrichment track for students pursuing the 3+1 or (2+1)+1 enrichment semester pathways.

PROGRAM OPTIONS

Students can choose from several study abroad tracks, depending on academic goals and eligibility:

Study Abroad/Student Exchange: Tuition fee waived at the host institution; open to all BINUS students.
Study Abroad Fees-Paying: Tuition fee paid the host institution; open to all BINUS students.
Double Degree: Available only for students at BINUS @Senayan Campus.
Compulsory Study Abroad: For Global Class students.

Review program materials: Slide Study Abroad Even Semester 2025/2026 (Spring 2026) and Recording.
Understand your curriculum (https://curriculum.binus.ac.id/ > the students’ major/program > the catalog of the student’s first year) or consult Student Services.
Plan your study period:
- For enrichment semester: ensure you meet enrichment requirements (credits/SKS and compatibility)
- For regular semester (non-enrichment semester): consult your Head of Program/Department and/or its Deputy regarding compatibility and academic impact.
Choose your host institution using https://linktr.ee/binusstudyabroad or Institution Mapping (best viewed on computer) and consult your program/department for academic matters.
Register online on time via https://imobilio-outbound.apps.binus.ac.id/ (BINUSMAYA login) and upload required documents:
- Passport (valid 18–24 months from the application date)
- Language certificate (valid within 12 months of application application date)
- Statement of Purpose
Follow up: Once your application is submitted, the Outbound Team will provide step-by-step guidance for the next stages.
