The Study Abroad Program (https://linktr.ee/binusstudyabroad) offers BINUS students a valuable opportunity to study at partner institutions worldwide while maintaining a credit transfer arrangement. This program can serve as an alternative enrichment track for students pursuing the 3+1 or (2+1)+1 enrichment semester pathways.

PROGRAM OPTIONS

Students can choose from various study abroad programs depending on their academic needs and goals. These include:

  • Study Abroad Program (a.k.a Student Exchange, tuition fee waived @Host Institution; all BINUS students may apply)
  • Study Abroad Fees-Paying Program (Tuition fee paid @Host Institution; all BINUS students may apply)
  • ISEP Exchange Program (Similar to BINUS Study Abroad but with local benefits; all BINUS students may apply)
  • ISEP Direct Program (Similar to Fees-Paying at worldwide network opportunities; all BINUS students may apply)
  • Double Degree Programs (Only for students at BINUS @Senayan Campus)
  • Compulsory Study Abroad (Only for Global Class students)

HOW TO APPLY

  1. Please check the eligibility for the initial study abroad at https://bit.ly/saeligibilitycheck.
  2. Kindly listen to our study abroad presentation file and its recording on Slide Study Abroad Even Semester 2025/2026 (Spring 2026) & its Recording.
  3. It is recommended to learn about your curriculum at BINUS University when you plan to apply for the study abroad program.  The students can check independently on https://curriculum.binus.ac.id/ > the students’ major/program > the catalog of the student’s first year. Or the students can consult the student services for further assistance.
    • If you plan to take the study abroad program as your enrichment track, please ensure you have fulfilled the minimum requirements for the enrichment semester, including the required accumulative credits and the enrichment compatibility.
    • If you plan to study abroad during your regular semester (non-enrichment semester), please consult your Head of Program/Department and/or its Deputy to ensure about the academic compatibility and consequences which may follow.
  4. Find your host institution destination on https://linktr.ee/binusstudyabroad, and you may use Institution Mapping (please use a computer device for a better experience) as a reference. Please consult the Program/Department when it comes to academic matters.
  5. If you have passed the initial check and have decided on a host university destination, please do the online registration through https://imobilio-outbound.apps.binus.ac.id/ on time. The login information is the same as your BINUSMAYA login. Required Documents:
    • Passport, min. 18 – 24 months expiry from the application date
    • Language certificate, min. 12 months expiry from the application date
    • Statement of Purpose
  6. Once you have done the registration, you will receive step-by-step guidance from our team.
