***Please do not make any payment before you receive the confirmation of participation from BINUS University.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Undergraduate students from any majors
  • Good command of English language
  • Highly motivated and open-minded

PROGRAM FEE

Program fee includes tuition fee, accommodation and breakfasts for 14 days, local airport transfers, industry visits, cultural trips, and eVisa.

  • Student from partner universities: USD 420 (non-refundable)
  • Student from non-partner universities: USD 500 (non-refundable)

*Please check with your International Office representatives if your institution has a partnership with BINUS University.

Notes:
– An invoice and guidelines how to make the payment will be sent to successful applicants upon the completion of selection process.
– Successful participants must arrange and pay for their return flights from home country to Jakarta (CGK) and vice versa.

HOW TO APPLY

Prepare and complete the following required documents:

  • Complete BINUS Short Program Application Form (updated0422)
  • Scan copy of English proficiency certificate. A letter from the home university stating that the applicant has good command of English language, or the applicant is taking English-taught courses at the home university, is acceptable.
  • Scan copy of Student ID card
  • Scan copy of colored passport (cover only)
  • Scan copy of colored passport (identity information page only)
  • Color photo (not less than 100 KB)
  • Insurance card/letter
  • Health certificate (stating health condition in general, issued by a hospital and signed by a doctor)
  • Vaccine certificate (two doses)
  • Criminal record certificate from the police department in the country of origin
