BINUS UNIVERSITY Signs MoU with Coventry University for Academic Cooperation
BINUS UNIVERSITY has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Coventry University to promote cooperation in teaching and research through an exchange of students and knowledge. The MOU was signed by Dr. David Pilsbury, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (International Development) of Coventry University and Ms. Karen Imam, Director of BINUS Global during a signing ceremony at Anggrek Campus, October 2, 2015.
The partnership envisions collaboration on joint programs, such as split-site Ph.D. and short-term student mobility as well joint research in the area of international relations and engineering, among other possible collaborations. This step is established to accommodate internationalization of BINUS and Coventry University.
Located in Coventry, West Midlands, England, Coventry University is a public research university with over 27,000 students and a strong academic presence regionally, nationally and across the world. Ranked in the Top 50 of Global University by QS World University Rankings, Coventry University offers a wide range of courses, such as art and design, business, health and life sciences, computing and engineering. In 2011, the university was voted as Entrepreneurial University of the Year by the Times Higher Education. It has two campuses: one in the city centre of Coventry and one in London.
