Australian Ambassador HE Paul Grigson visits and cooks at BINUS

On Wednesday, August 5, 2015, BINUS UNIVERSITY received a visit from Australia’s Ambassador to Indonesia, H.E. Paul Grigson. After the first ministerial visit previously at Syahdan Campus, this time, Mr. Grigson together with his family paid a visit to BINUS for a cooking show activity.

Taking place at the Restaurant and Kitchen Lab of the Hotel Management Department, the cooking show is part of BINUS TV regular program called Chef’s Journey. During the shooting, Mr. Grigson demonstrated his ability to cook one of his favorite recipes: Seafood Curry and Mushroom Soup. Accompanied by his daughter and Ms. Vitria Ariani, Head of the Hotel Management Department, he passionately explained about the ingredients and the cooking process of the dishes.
