Dankook University is a private university in South Korea and has been constantly recognized as one of top universities in Asia. The main campus – Jukjeon Campus – boasts technologically advanced classrooms and one of Korea’s most aesthetically beautiful university campuses. Dankook University was the first private university established after Korea gained independence in 1947. The progressive spirit behind the founding of Dankook University still leads the university today as it continues to rewrite the history of higher education in Korea.
The extension campus is located in Cheonan, a city in South Chungcheong province, which sits on the face of hills and a lake. The Cheonan campus includes the largest hospital in the region and one of Korea’s top dental programs, as well as the only 4-year Mongolian Language and Literature Department in Korea.
