- Sessions will be organised in 4 consecutive time slots each day, running in parallel for 90 minutes.
- You have the flexibility to choose multiple time slots and campus locations based on your availability and convenience.

About Exhibition
This program activity serves as a platform for our partner institutions to promote their student mobility programs to BINUS undergraduate students and alumni, such as student exchange, double degree and short/summer programs, further study programs, as well as scholarships opportunities.

- 10 – 11 October 2023 at BINUS @Anggrek Campus from 09.00 – 17.00 UTC+7
(You have the option to participate in either one or both campuses)
Facilities:
- Exhibitor area is approx. 2 m x 2.5 m. One table (50 x 160 cm), two chairs, and electricity/socket are provided.
- Exhibitors may place their own tablecloth, brochures, or posters on the table.
- No partition or wall is provided. Standing banners are encouraged.
About Partner’s Day
Partner’s Day is organised on 10 October 2023 as a friendly ‘meet & greet’ event, serving as an opportunity to express our sincere appreciation and delight for the productive collaboration and strong friendship we have cultivated, and to allow you to meet and connect with other esteemed partner institutions.
During Partner’s Day, you will have the opportunity to participate in a Batik Workshop, explore the vibrant city of Jakarta through a City Tour, and engage in a Networking Dinner to further strengthen our partnerships.
Please note that this program activity is optional and RSVP is required to ensure adequate arrangements.
