Program Merdeka Belajar NUNI (PMBN) Odd Semester 2023/2024
Program Merdeka Belajar NUNI (PMBN) is a national student mobility program within the NUNI consortium. The program is a customized program of Merdeka Belajar, part of the Ministry of Education and Culture’s Kampus Merdeka. It aims to provide NUNI students with an opportunity to study at NUNI member institutions for one semester, gain new academic experiences, and expand their network with fellow students from other universities.
Having re-listed in the 2023 QS World University Ranking list with 5 QS Stars, BINUS University is a top and leading university in Indonesia with one of its strategic objectives: global partnership. Founded 42 years ago, BINUS University has 46,000+ active students taking degrees from more than 100 regular, online, and international programs.
Since 1997, UBINUS has implemented a Quality Management System based on the ISO 90001 Quality Management System that focuses on process management. Currently, UBINUS organizes 29 undergraduate study programs, six master study programs, two doctoral study programs, one diploma IV program, one professional program, and four undergraduate study programs in BINUS @Bandung Campus, six in BINUS @Malang Campus, and four in BINUS @Semarang Campus.
Participating in the Program Merdeka Belajar NUNI (PMBN) #7 Odd semester 2023/2024 that will run centrally in West Java, BINUS @Bandung offers 14 courses organized by the following study programs:
- Creativepreneurship (Kewiraushaan): 3 courses
- Computer Science (Teknik Informatika): 6 courses
- Visual Communication Design (Desain Komunikasi Visual): 1 course
- Interior Design (Desain Interior): 4 courses
No prerequisite courses are required. PMBN students can enroll in courses across study programs.

| Is this program mandatory? | No. It is optional. |
| How many seats are available for PMBN students at BINUS University? | 3-4 seats. Submit your application as soon as possible to avoid any technical difficulties. Most applicants tend to submit their applications 3-5 days before the deadline. This may cause you trouble accessing the online platform. |
| About BINUS Courses |

| How many courses (mata kuliah) am I allowed to take during the PMBN? | The number of courses depends on how many SKS a course bears. You can take up to 20 SKS in total. |
| The number of SKS offered by the program I am intending to enroll in is less than 20 SKS. Can I take courses from different study programs? | Yes. Please consult with your Kaprodi and check if the curriculum at your home university allows you to do so. |
| BINUS has many campuses. Can I take courses from different campuses? | No, the PMBN #7 centrally runs in Jawa Barat. You can only enroll in the courses offered by BINUS @Bandung. |
