Things to Know During Your Arrival

Arrival Procedures – Border Control & Custom Office

Upon arriving at the Soekarno Hatta International Airport (CGK)

  • Please present documentation of acceptance documents (the e-Visa, the Study Permit, and the BINUS acceptance letter) and passport to the immigration authorities.
  • Obtain your Temporary Stay Permit (ITAS).
  • If you hold dual citizenship, please give the passport as written on the e-Visa.
  • Before leaving the border control, please check your arrival sticker.
  • Do not forget to register for IMEI so that your communication devices (e.g. phone and tablet) can connect to the local sim card and your internet connection can work properly in Indonesia.
