Admission Process for Undergraduate Programs

Required Documents:

  • Apply here – Admissions – BINA NUSANTARA (binus.edu)
  • Transcripts of grades 10 – 12
  • High school diploma/Senior high national exam certificate
  • English Test Score Results (plus Indonesian language proficiency proof for BASE)
  • Colour copy of passport personal page (valid for the full duration of the study)
  • ID photograph 4×6 cm (300 kb; electronic version)
  • Grade 11 Applicants need to comply with Equivalency Process from Ministry of Education**

If you are interested to apply for our BINUS World-Class Scholarship, please do reach out our WhatsApp (+62 882-1406-7430). We will kindly ask you to also submit the following documents:

  1. High school final exam certificate with min. grade 80% or GPA 3.2 out of 4 scale. If you have not received your result, you can use average score of your latest transcript since grade 10. We receive applicants who have graduated from high school within 2 years from the time they start their application.

  2. High school Transcript grade 10 – 12.

  3. CV / resume

  4. Motivation letter

  5. Proof of achievements in academic/non academic (PDF)

  6. Color copy of Passport (PDF)

  7. Family registration certificate / family members ID cards compiled into 1 document (PDF)

  8. Proof of financial competency beyond scholarship (official letter from the bank confirming a minimum balance of USD 4,500 in your own or one of your family member’s account).

  9. 2 recommendation letters (from teachers/employers/community leaders).

Notes:

  1. * The interview with the Head of Program is only required for applicants applying for a scholarship from BINUS UNIVERSITY.
  2.  ** When the High School Equivalency is required, BINUS Team will help to process it to the Indonesian Ministry of Education.
