iBuddy+ 2026 Recruitment

The iBuddy+ Program is part of the Internationalization Office’s ongoing commitment to fostering global engagement at BINUS University. As an iBuddy+ member, you play a vital role in creating an inclusive and globally minded campus community by supporting various international activities across our campuses. Your contributions help ensure the success of international events and provide meaningful support to international guests and students throughout their BINUS journey.

Each year, iBuddy+ members actively assist the Internationalization Office in welcoming and engaging with international guests, supporting visiting students, and participating in BINUS University’s international programs. Guided by the Internationalization Office, iBuddy+ members enrich the BINUS community with global perspectives through their involvement in intercultural activities such as workshops, seminars, and cultural exchange programs.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Active BINUS undergraduate students from batch B2028 and B2029 across all campuses (except BiOn programs).
• Has passed FYP or attained a minimum of 60 SAT points

• The iBuddy+ Program runs annually. If selected, your assignment will last for one year.
• Who can apply: BINUS undergraduate students from batch B2028 and B2029 across all campuses (except BiOn programs).
• Students joining intra-BINUS campus mobility in 2026 are welcome to apply.
• An interview may be part of the selection process.
• All communication will be via email. Please ensure your email address is valid and check your inbox regularly.
• To complete this application, you must upload a 2-minute video introducing yourself, sharing your motivation to join the program, and your expectations from it.

Throughout the year, iBuddy+ members play an essential role in promoting cross-cultural understanding and inclusivity on campus. From welcoming international students at the airport and helping them adapt to life in Indonesia, to supporting events like workshops, seminars, and BINUS PATH (Preparation and Adjustment for Transition to Home at BINUS), iBuddy+ members bring the BINUS global spirit to life.

Beyond official programs, members also initiate community activities such as cultural hangouts, bonding sessions, and the annual Ramadan Celebration. These experiences not only foster friendships but also create meaningful cultural exchanges — turning every encounter into a story and every friendship into a bridge to the world.
