BINUS STAR and Study Abroad Team Shine at Enrichment Expo 2024

The Enrichment Expo 2024, a key event for BINUS University, was held across all BINUS campuses—Greater Jakarta, Bandung, Malang, and Semarang—from mid-September to early October 2024. This event provided BINUS students with a valuable opportunity to explore various enrichment programs, with a particular emphasis on study abroad opportunities presented by the Study Abroad Team and BINUS STAR.

BINUS STAR, the university’s Student Transnational Ambassadors who have either completed or are currently participating in study abroad programs, played a vital role in guiding and inspiring their peers. These ambassadors shared firsthand experiences studying at BINUS’s partner institutions worldwide, offering insights into the cultural, academic, and personal growth aspects of international exchanges. Their involvement helped simplify the application process, clarify eligibility criteria, and showcase the transformative benefits of global education.

Throughout the expo, the Study Abroad Team provided detailed information on how students from diverse majors can pursue a semester or more abroad, emphasizing the academic and personal advantages of international study. With BINUS boasting over 140 world-class partner institutions, students learned how studying abroad can seamlessly integrate into their academic plans, regardless of their major. The team also highlighted how studying abroad aligns with the university’s vision of fostering globally-minded individuals prepared to navigate the challenges of an interconnected world.
