Cynthia Razafinandrasana and Her Story of Resilience

Jakarta – Razafinandrasana Cynthia (Cynthia), our esteemed BINUS World Class Scholarship (BWCS) recipient from Madagascar, achieved an impressive GPA of 3.70 out of 4.00 in her Master’s in Professional Business Management within an 18-month study period. Cynthia expressed her deep appreciation for the support she received while sitting down with us to share this experience after the 69th.

Rich cultural interactions and valuable connections with fellow international students marked her experience at BINUS University. Living in the campus dormitory, BINUS Square Hall of Residence, Cynthia engaged with other scholarship recipients worldwide, further enhancing her educational journey. Immersing herself in the diverse culture of Indonesia, she also became fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, assisting her peers in adapting to life in the country.

“The BINUS World Class Scholarship covered my tuition fees, accommodation, visa, and health insurance, allowing me to focus on my studies and benefit from a multicultural environment that enriched my growth,” she said.

Having had a positive experience at BINUS University International has recommended the institution’s academic quality and services to her relatives back home. She advises future international students to build strong connections with peers and lecturers and to actively engage with BINUS University’s diverse community to enrich their academic and personal experiences.

Dewi Tamara, MM., MS, Head of the MM International Program, along with the assistance provided by BINUS University staff, she was able to overcome this challenge.
