Study Abroad Team Joins Forces with BINUS Campus Operations to Promote Global Enrichment Opportunities for Odd Semester 2025/2026

From early September to early October 2024, the Study Abroad Team, in collaboration with the Operations Teams across BINUS campuses, actively promoted study abroad opportunities during the Enrichment Briefings for the Odd Semester of 2025/2026 (Fall 2025). These sessions, held across all BINUS campuses, introduced students to the diverse possibilities available for their mandatory enrichment program, with a strong emphasis on study abroad as a track that fosters global academic and cultural engagement.

Enrichment, a compulsory component of BINUS University’s curriculum, aims to provide students with real-world, career-oriented experiences before graduation. Among the available tracks, studying abroad offers BINUS students the chance to spend a semester or more at one of the university’s numerous international partner institutions. This opportunity enhances students’ academic and professional skills while fostering adaptability, cultural awareness, and international perspectives.

Working closely with campus operations, the Study Abroad Team ensured a seamless experience for students across BINUS’s Greater Jakarta, Bandung, Malang, and Semarang campuses. Together, they provided comprehensive information on application timelines, financial aid, course transferability, and specific entry requirements for each partner institution. With study abroad registration for the Odd Semester of 2025/2026 (Fall 2025) opening a year in advance, students were encouraged to explore their options and begin preparations early to secure their desired programs.

In addition to assisting students with the selection and application process, the collaborative team organized engaging Q&A sessions where students could hear firsthand accounts from returned BINUS STAR members (Student Transnational Ambassadors). These ambassadors shared their personal experiences, highlighting the transformative power of studying abroad and its alignment with their academic goals, personal growth, and career aspirations.

This partnership between the Study Abroad Team and campus operations underscores BINUS University’s commitment to supporting students in pursuing global academic pathways. By promoting study abroad as a core part of the Enrichment curriculum, BINUS champions a globally-oriented education, equipping students with the skills and experiences necessary to thrive in today’s dynamic and interconnected world.
