As Asia’s first-ever academy developer, it has attracted not only BINUS students but also the public, who are eager to learn app development through the challenge-based learning (CBL) method since the establishment in 2019 aimed at empowering Indonesia’s economy by nurturing world-class developers for the global app ecosystem.

“Our program offers a unique opportunity to learn app development through CBL, attracting diverse learners passionate about technology,” said Miss Yenny Sugianto, the Operation Manager at Apple Developer Academy @BINUS.

A highlight of the visit was the demonstration of various apps developed by BINUS students. These apps are meticulously designed based on specific user personas, showcasing the practical application of the skills and knowledge acquired through the academy’s programs.

Not only did this visit reinforce the academic connection between SMU and BINUS University, but it also created a valuable forum for sharing expertise in Technopreneurship education, as this will propel the region’s potential in providing a dynamic and interactive learning space.
