Collaborative Learning & Sharing Best Practice in the Latest Benchmarking Study
Jakarta, 19 February 2024 – The first Benchmarking Study in 2024 that took place at BINUS @Alam Sutera, aimed at fostering collaboration and exchanging best practices among participating universities
Participants from notable institutions such as Universitas Negeri Surabaya, Institut Agama Islam Tazkia, Institut Sains dan Kesehatan Sugeng Hartono, Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Syekh Nurjati Cirebon, and Universitas Darujannah engaged in vibrant discussions, exchanging thoughts on effective implementation strategies and avenues to enhance university standards.
Expressing gratitude for the insightful exchange, a representative from Prof. Dr. Madlazim, M.S. as the Wakil Rektor (Vice-Rector) 1 at the Universitas Nasional Surabaya, “Before arriving here today, we heard about many achievements from BINUS University, and we couldn’t be more eager to gain more from this visit.”
This ongoing initiative by the Office of the Vice-Rector Collaboration & Global Engagement reflects the university’s vision of nurturing communities to contribute to global development and service. Moreover, participants leveraged the platform for networking, forging collaborations, and fostering academic progress.
“Together with experts in the fields of Academics, Quality Assurance, Accreditation, and Collaboration present, it is hoped that Mr. and Mrs. will have the opportunity to discuss and exchange ideas for future progress,” stated Prof. Dr. Tirta Nugraha Mursitama, Ph.D. as the Vice-Rector on Collaboration & Global Engagement at BINUS University.
The presence of the Vice-Rector of Collaboration and Global Engagement, Prof. Dr Tirta Nugraha Mursitama, PhD, along with Prof. Dr Engkos Achmad Kuncoro, S.E., M.M., the Vice-Rector for Academic Development, and Prof. Dr. Lim Sanny, S.T., M.M., the Campus Director of BINUS @Alam Sutera, and Irma Irawati Ibrahim, SS., M.Kom., Deputy Campus Director – Operations & Student Development – BINUS @Alam Sutera Campus, emphasized the significance of the inaugural the activity as a testament to collaborative endeavours among universities.
This marks a pivotal stride towards advancing educational standards and innovations. The exchange of best practices enhanced comprehension of the Caturdharma of Higher Education and catalyzed collective progress in academia, ultimately benefitting society.
