SOLVAY BRUSSELS SCHOOL ECONOMICS & MANAGEMENT
Solvay Brussels School Economics and Management (SBS – EM) was founded in 2008 following the merger of the Solvay Business School (Founded in 1903 by the industrialist Ernest Solvay) and the Economics department (founded in 1899). In 2010, it led to the creation of an independent Faculty. It hosts more than 3000 student’s in its Bachelor, Master and PhD programmes.
The SBS-EM Faculty is part of the Universite libre de Bruxelles. Founded in 1834, the ULB is an international with about 24.000 students.
SBS-EM is Internationally recognized as demonstrated by its position in rankings and by its accreditations, EQUIS and AMBA.
