Located in Yamanashi Prefecture with view to idyllic Mount Fuji as the most recognized symbol of Japan’s bountiful nature, International College of Liberal Arts (iCLA) at Yamanashi Gakuin University is a liberal arts college with all courses taught in English. The college embraces an educational model based on the concept of liberal arts, with the added benefit of a strong Japan Studies component, which offers students the opportunity to undergo academic as well as hands-on training in Japanese language, literature, history, arts, pop culture, music, religion and many other disciplines.
