Cultural Exchange Program BINUS & Wakayama University
Twelve students together with their professor from Wakayama University, Japan visited BINUS UNIVERSITY through the Cultural Exchange Program on Wednesday, 11 March 2015. The one-day program aims to strengthen and to deepen the relationship that has existed between the two institutions.
Taking place in Anggrek and Kijang campus, the outreach program was particularly designed for BINUS students majoring in Japanese. During the occasion, students from both universities exchanged information on unique cultural of respective society and delivered artistic performance such as singing, dancing and special taiko show.
It is expected that the program can provide excellent opportunities for BINUS students to learn how the community operates. In addition, it gives Wakayama students the chance to develop friendships with Indonesians and further develop their skills in communication and become familiar with Indonesia culture.
