Pursuing my master’s at BINUS University was more than just an academic choice—it was a journey of personal and professional growth. From the start, I felt genuinely welcomed, thanks to the international recruitment team—especially Valent Farisa—and the continued support from student services. BINUS fosters an environment where students are encouraged to engage not just with academics, but also with Jakarta’s dynamic business and cultural life. The flexible class schedule made it possible to balance work and study, a shared experience among many of my classmates. One of the most enriching aspects was the cultural diversity in our cohort, with students from five continents. BINUS embraced our differences, turning them into strengths that fueled meaningful discussions and broadened our global outlook. As a finance graduate, I found fresh value in the coursework—especially through professors like Dr. Jimmy Sadeli and Dr. Ario Setiadi, who brought real-world insight into every lecture. My thesis journey with Dr. Jerry S. Justianto, alongside my brilliant partner Nanda Angelina, was an unforgettable collaboration that taught me the value of critical thinking, teamwork, and creativity. Living and learning in Indonesia changed the way I see the world. I leave BINUS not just with a degree, but with lifelong friendships, meaningful lessons, and a renewed sense of purpose. I’m proud to be a BINUSIAN and forever grateful to those who made my time here not only possible but unforgettable.

“What has my time at BINUS University been like?” It’s hard to sum up such an unforgettable journey filled with growth, learning, and meaningful connections. From day one, I found myself surrounded by people who made the experience truly meaningful, especially my classmates who became close friends through shared laughter, late-night study sessions, and those little everyday moments that now feel unforgettable. Academically? BINUS gave me exactly what I needed—even more. Coming from a non-business background, transitioning into a curriculum focused on business, accounting, and finance was not easy. It was intimidating at first. But BINUS never left me behind. At first, I felt overwhelmed, but with the guidance of my lecturers and the support of BINUSMAYA’s resources, I gradually found my rhythm and gained confidence in the process. But my growth did not stop in the classroom. I was pushed, encouraged, and inspired to try new things to take on leadership roles, join projects, and speak up in spaces I used to shy away from. Looking back, I see how much that helped me grow into someone more capable and self-assured. And if you ask me what I’ll miss most? The community. The most treasured part of my journey at BINUS is the friendships I have made. The people I met here have become more than just classmates since they have become lifelong friends who have supported, challenged, and inspired me.
