BINUS University proudly participates in the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility program, which offers funded mobility opportunities for Teaching Staff from Indonesia to the Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM) in Spain.

One of the objectives of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility program is to promote mobility with leading universities in countries with emerging economies, such as Indonesia. The main purposes of this call are:

  • To offer training, research, and study development opportunities to staff at participating universities;

  • To support staff in achieving sustained improvements in knowledge, teaching, and research skills;

  • To forge and deepen lasting links between the University of Limerick and its partner universities, thus enhancing transnational academic cooperation;

  • To improve participants’ language and cultural skills, promoting mutual enrichment and understanding.

DURATION
5 days + 2 travel days (valid until July 31, 2026)

REQUIREMENTS

  • The applicant must be an active faculty member under a full-time or permanent contract at BINUS University. Associate Faculty Members (AFMs) are not eligible to apply.

  • The applicant must not have participated in any Erasmus programs in the last 2 years.

  • The applicant must have a minimum English proficiency of C1, equivalent to a score of 95 in TOEFL iBT or 7.0 in IELTS.

  • The applicant must come from one of the following fields: Business Administration, Languages, Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, Tourism, or Information Technology.

  • Involvement in the management of student/staff international mobility programs at BINUS University is an advantage.

  • Individual support: up to EUR 1,120
  • Transport allowance: up to EUR 1,500

BINUS INTERNAL SELECTION

Step 1. Download and complete the Mobility Agreement for Teaching – UCAM.

  • Fill out the highlighted table.
  • The sending institution signatory must be your direct supervisor (min. grade 15).
  • Leave the receiving institution signatory section blank.

Notes:

  • The teaching mobility requires at least 4 hours of teaching activities. These should be primarily include giving classes, seminars, tutorials, workshops, presentations, etc.
  • Your answer to qualitative questions have no strict length limit (within reason) but should provide sufficient information for evaluators to assess your application.

Step 2. Prepare your abridged CV (maximum 2 pages).

  • Ensure it is up to date and tailored to help evaluators assess your application.
  • There is no specific format, and it may be written in English or Spanish.

Step 3. Submit the online application form by June 8, 2025, at 23:59 WIB: https://forms.office.com/r/Qc2Da59PvB.

  • Login using your Binusian email (@binus.edu or @binus.ac.id).
  • Upload the following documents:

    • Abridged CV
    • Completed and signed Mobility Agreement
    • Copy of valid passport

UCAM SELECTION

If you are nominated by BINUS University, your application will be submitted to the UCAM Selection Committee along with a letter of recommendation from the Vice Rector for Collaboration and Global Engagement.

IMPORTANT INFO

Please note that the selected candidate may need to cover their own expenses in advance, including flight tickets, insurance, accommodation, and visa fees. The grant may be disbursed upon arrival at UCAM.
