Immigration Corner Opens at BINUS UNIVERSITY’s Alam Sutera Campus

TANGERANG – Starting in 2021, one of the Technical Implementation Units in the Banten Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, namely the Immigration Class I Non-TPI Tangerang Office, has made a breakthrough in innovation by presenting an Immigration Corner on one of the campuses in the Alam Sutera area, namely Bina Nusantara University (BINUS).

With the Immigration Corner on campus, it will make it easier for the big family of Binus University in immigration services. Services provided at the Immigration Corner are services related to passports for Indonesian citizens and residence permits for foreigners. The Immigration Corner in Binus is only intended for students, employees, and families who are still on 1 family card.

Located at the Binus Alam Sutra Campus Hall, Head of the Banten Ministry of Law and Human Rights Regional Office, Agus Toyib, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Binus Global Director Diah Wihardini and continued with the Signing of Cooperation between the Class I Kanim Tangerang and Bina Nusantara University.

The Immigration Corner at the Bina Nusantara Campus was inaugurated directly by the Director of Immigration Cooperation, Agus Widjaja, who was accompanied by the Chancellor of Bina Nusantara University Harjanto Prabowo by cutting ribbons. Immigration Corner is located in the Hall of the Binus Alam Sutera Campus, making it easier for students or employees who provide immigration services.

Immigration Corner is a form of public service that actively reaches out to the community. The presence of the Immigration Corner gives the community more and easier access to immigration services. “This is one of the services that are fast and innovative by making it easier for the community.” Said Head of Regional Office Agus Toyib.
