On 12 th May 2018, a team of BINUS UNIVERSITY students were announced as winners of the Asian Games Vignette film competition at a ceremony held at the Jakarta Convention Centre. The students have the opportunity to travel to London and attend a filmmaking course at the National Film and Television School, and their winning video is sent to the broadcasters of the 2018 Asian Games and used to promote the event worldwide... From 4th – 7th May 2018, BINUS UNIVERSITY held its bi-yearly BINUS Festival event. This enrichment programme provides a series of seminars covering topics that illustrate the impact of globalization on Indonesia and the world. Held across its campuses in Jakarta and BSD, this year’s theme focused on ‘Health and Wealth’ also attended by BINUS International partners , such as H.E. Ms. Judit Pach (Ambassador of Hungary to the Republic of Indonesia), H.E. BINUS UNIVERSITY student Mr Refiandi Muchdas was chosen as an intern to help organise the upcoming Asian Games 2018 — a pan-Asian multi-sport event which will be held in Indonesia. Mr Muchdas, along with 560 other students from across Indonesia, will gain important technical skills for a variety of media-related fields and develop an understanding of the nuances of the world of sports broadcasting.
