BINUS UNIVERSITY successfully co-organized and participated at IEEE International Conference on Teaching, Assessment and Learning for Engineering (TALE 2013) which was held in Bali, 26 – 29 August 2013. The conference is organized together with IEEE Indonesia Section and IEEE Educations Society.

The IEEE International Conference on Teaching, Assessment, and Learning for Engineering (TALE) is held every year in the Asia-Pacific region (IEEE Region 10). This conference is aiming to provide a forum for academicians and professionals from various educational fields and with cross-disciplinary interests for building their network, sharing knowledge and engaging in dialogues around the theme of fostering innovation and excellence in engineering education. The conference featured traditional paper presentations, workshops, as well as keynotes speech delivered by renowned educational experts and authorities, namely Prof. Manuel Castro, President of the IEEE Education Society, Prof. 4 Dr. Ken Kawan Soetanto, Waseda University, Japan, Prof. Dr. Satryo Soemantri Brodjonegoro, Advisor to BINUS UNIVERSITY & Former Director General of Higher Education, Ministry of National Education, Indonesia and Prof. Tian Belawati, Rector of Universitas Terbuka (Open University) and President of ICDE.
